Third Farming Sermon

“…gather the wheat into my barn.”’

The time for harvest is a time of great joy and feasting in many parts of the world. Jesus applies this joy to the Kingdom of God in a parable of encouragement and warning. There are many connections to make from the act of harvesting to the ultimate joy of being gathered into God’s storehouse. And those connections give us some encouragement today as we seek to grow in our faith despite the many challenges of life.
