CHEERFUL Text: 2 Corinthians 9:6-12. Paul writes to the Corinthians about the collection for the saints in Jerusalem who needed help. According to the Apostle, giving to God to help others is like sowing seeds that grow into blessings in the lives of both the giver and the receiver. That cycle of blessing begins with God setting the heart of a believer free and the joy of that freedom echoes in our giving.
