Sermon: “Invited to the Great Banquet” - Luke 14: 15-24

Excuses, excuses! That is the story Jesus tells while He is at the table with religious teachers. When people refuse the invitation of a king, the servants are sent to the “highways and the hedges” to fill the banquet hall. Of course, since it is the day to honor him, we may share some stories of how St. Patrick did that in his day.
