Third Sunday in Advent

"This Sunday (December 16), our Sunday School will share with us the first of several opportunities to meditate on the manger scene. This year, they will do so with the simple program, "Christ the Savior is Born!". Students of Bethany Lutheran Preschool are welcome to come and even participate, this Sunday. A special breakfast will be prepared at 8:45 a.m. for all families in our Sunday School and Preschool to fellowship with one another. Then, the following Wednesday (December 19), we will have a special early midweek worship led by the Preschool children who will again tell us about the Christ Child in their own way. Don't forget the cookies and treats after the service, which is bound to attract a certain special visitor.
