Sermon Series: The Prophets of Christmas - Micah 5:2-5a

"City of the King" - What does it mean when you are from the smallest clan in a large nation? Who will notice you if you live in a small “city,” like Bethlehem? Just ask a shepherd boy, the youngest and least noticeable of all his many brothers. Being the least only worked in his favor when God selected him as king. Centuries later, a prophet sees that God's plan will once again involve Bethlehem, hinting that the people you will most want to pay attention to may be easily overlooked.
