Easter Sunday

1 Corinthians 15:21-28. “Are you alive?” It was a tongue-in-cheek comment I made to my youngest because she forgot to text me when she got home. But since that day, I get a message, “I am home, and I’m alive.”  Good to know! I’m thinking about those texts in connection with what Paul writes about the Resurrection. “He must reign…”, meaning Christ is alive not only in the Resurrection, but in the world. Are we alive? We are when 1) the Old Adam is defeated; 2) all power is given to Christ and 3) death is destroyed, forever!
